This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Flash7X subscriptions, whether made through the Apple App Store or directly via our website. Please read this policy carefully before completing a purchase.
1. Apple App Store Purchases
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, all refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. Swell Games, TOO cannot issue, approve, or process refunds for App Store transactions.
To request a refund for an App Store purchase:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID used for the purchase
- Find Flash7X in your list of recent purchases
- Select "Request a refund" and choose your reason
- Submit your request — Apple will review and respond by email
Apple's refund decisions are made at their sole discretion and are subject to their own Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Web Purchases (Paddle)
All web-based purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle manages payment processing, taxes, and refund execution on our behalf.

If you are not satisfied with your web purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund (Web)
- Email us at support@swell.kz with your Paddle order ID and the email address used for purchase
- Alternatively, visit paddle.net and submit a refund request directly
- Paddle will review and process approved refunds within 14 days
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please note that the refunded amount may differ slightly from the purchase amount due to tax recalculations or currency fluctuations.
When Refunds Are Not Granted (Web)
- — Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- — Renewals that have already been charged, unless requested within 14 days of the renewal date
- — Cases where a chargeback has already been initiated with your bank or card issuer
- — Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
3. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current billing period. You retain full access to Flash7X until the end of the period you have already paid for. To cancel, see the instructions in our Terms of Service.
4. Technical Issues
If you are experiencing a technical problem that prevents you from using Flash7X, please contact us at support@swell.kz before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. A confirmed, unresolvable technical fault is considered valid grounds for a refund regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
